Shipping policy

Processing Time In stock items typically ship within 3 business days. During busy seasons (especially November-December), processing may take up to 5 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We ship within the United States only, via UPS. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after your order ships, depending on your location--but please understand that delivery timing is out of our control.

Local Pickup If you're in the Charlottesville area or on the Rockfish Valley side of Nelson County, you can choose local pickup at checkout to save on shipping. We'll contact you to arrange a meet up once your order is ready.

Packaging We take great care packaging each piece with protective materials to ensure it arrives safely. If your order arrives damaged, see our Returns & Refunds policy.
