Refund policy

If your order arrives damaged: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll work with you to arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs. We take great care in packaging, but we know things can happen in transit.

About handmade pottery: Each piece is individually thrown and finished by hand, which means natural variation is part of the process. Small differences in size, glaze application, and surface texture are what make handmade pottery unique — no two pieces will be identical.

Color accuracy: We photograph consistently to represent colors as faithfully as possible, but every screen displays color differently. Glazes may also shift slightly with each firing, or even within the same kiln. These variations are inherent to the craft and are not eligible for return or exchange.
